Please enter the parent name and email address exactly as entered on the iPad Agreement forms. This will help us make sure the iPad fees are matched appropriately to the students entered on the forms. Be sure to select the correct quantity for the number of students. If you have multiple students at Franklin Academy High School make sure you fill in each student's name into one of the Student #_ Name fields here.
iPads will NOT be distributed until payment has been verified.
Please print/save your receipt. This is your proof of purchase, but it does not need to be shown to receive an iPad.
